Academic Policies and Financial Information

I.  Grading Policy
      The University uses the standard A-F, withdrawal, and incomplete system. 
      Grades are given based on the following scale and criteria:
      A--  Excellent---Four grade points per unit
      B--  Good---Three grade points per unit
      C--  Satisfactory---Two grade points per unit
      D--  Poor---One grade point per unit
      F--  Failure---No credit or grade point
      W-- Withdrawal  
      I--   Incomplete

II.  Full-time Student vs. Part-time Student
      A student enrolled with 12 but not over 15 units is considered full-time student.
      A student enrolled with less than 12 units is considered par-time student.


III.  Graduation Requirements
    1) Undergraduate Degree Programs (A.A., B.Min.)
         *Total of 64 units are required for a A.A. degree and total of 128 units
           are required for a B.Min degree.
         *6 units of ESL are required for a non-English speaking student and 
           will be counted toward the total units required for graduation.
         *Maintenance of a grade point average of 2.0 or better without 
           receiving a grade of D in more than one class for undergraduate
           degree program is required.
    2) Graduate Degree Programs (M.Min., D.Min.)
         *Total of 45 units are required for a M.Min. degree.
         *Total of 60 units plus 6 Dissertation units are required for the D.Min. degree.
         *Maintenance of a grade point average of 3.0 or better without 
           receiving a grade of C in more than one class for graduate degree
           program is required.

IV. Tuition
       Tuition for undergraduate degree program:
                 $90 per unit.
       Tuition for graduate degree program:
                $110 per unit for master degree program
                $130 per unit for doctoral degree program
       Tuition for Certificate Program:
                $60 per unit

V.  Financial Aid/Scholarship
      Students who maintain an average grade point of 3.5 and above 
      can apply for scholarship with proof of financial difficulties.
