The courses are offered based on quarter system which starts Jan. Apr. July and October each year.  Each quarter composes of 12 weeks duration of time and each course will be offered 2 hours per week on a regular basis.

Intensive courses are offered intensively either on weekly basis or on weekends for the total hours required.

Correspondence courses are offered through correspondence materials which are to be
finished at students' pace of study.
